The armouring method of this cable is completely different from traditional steel tape armour. It adopts an aluminium alloy strip interlocking structure. The armour layer features excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance, easy bending, corrosion resistance, light weight and convenient installation. It allows installation without conduits or cable trays, provides protection against termites and rodents, and achieves high flame retardant performance.

Product Characteristic Analysis

Aluminum alloy power cables have been widely used in developed countries such as the US and Canada.

Conductor: Creep resistance, high flexibility, strong ductility, low rebound, stable connection.

Insulation: Flame retardancy, aging resistance, high durability, low-carbon and eco-friendly.

Armour Layer: Excellent economic performance, special self-locking structure, firm and tough.

Outer Sheath: Lead-free and cadmium-free PVC is adopted. The cable can be installed in damp locations, directly buried or laid in concrete.

 

Operating Requirements

Suitable for voltage ratings from 600 V to 35 kV. Suitable for dry or damp locations at temperatures up to 90 ℃. Can be installed indoors or outdoors, vertically, on brackets, along walls, or directly buried underground. The minimum bending radius is 7 times the outer diameter of the cable, and 360° bending is also permitted. Applicable to civil, commercial, industrial, large venues, entertainment places, mines, subways, and various hazardous areas.
