This cable overcomes defects of conventional aluminum core cables and offers advantages superior to copper cables. It features high flexibility with a bending radius of only 7 times the outer diameter. Adopting advanced compacting technology, the compaction factor reaches 0.93. The metal interlocked armour structure reduces fire hazard. It can withstand flame exposure at 750–800 ℃ for 40 minutes without propagation of flame or dripping, and maintains power supply. It meets Flame Retardant Class I A and Fire Resistant Class I standards. The cable provides longer service life and complies with national energy conservation and environmental protection requirements.

 

Product Introduction

Manufactured on the basis of mature properties and production processes of low-smoke zero-halogen insulation and sheath materials, this low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant and fire-resistant cable adopts a completed aluminum alloy strip interlocked armouring structure.

The product has passed tests conducted by authoritative institutions including Wuhan State Grid High-Voltage Research Institute, Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute, National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fire Protection Building Materials, and Guangzhou Electrical Safety Inspection Institute, with all performance indicators meeting relevant standard requirements.

 

Flame Retardant and Fire Resistant Characteristics

This aluminum alloy cable features a professional structural design consisting of rare earth aluminum alloy conductors, fire-resistant mica tape, flame-retardant silane cross-linked polyethylene insulation, flame-retardant glass fiber wrapping tape, low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant polyolefin inner sheath, aluminum alloy strip interlocked armor, and low-smoke zero-halogen flame-retardant polyolefin outer sheath.

It can withstand a 40-minute flame retardant and fire resistance test at 750–800 ℃, meeting the standards of Flame Retardant Grade IA and Fire Resistant Grade I. It is applicable to places with high fire safety grade requirements.
