Product Characteristics
The XLPE insulation is produced using either silane cross-linking or peroxide cross-linking methods, transforming polyethylene into a thermosetting cross-linked material. This significantly enhances the cable’s heat resistance, aging resistance, and service life, while being environmentally friendly.
Our independently developed rare-earth aluminum alloy conductor offers excellent creep resistance, high flexibility, stable connections, strong ductility, and low spring-back. Compared to pure aluminum conductors, it not only delivers superior economic performance but also provides outstanding mechanical properties, safety performance, and connection reliability.
The cable sheath is made from environmentally friendly PVC, suitable for installation in damp environments, and can be directly buried or embedded in concrete. Depending on specific application requirements, we can also produce low-smoke halogen-free (LSZH), fire-retardant, or fire-resistant cables upon request, meeting Flame Retardant Class A and fire-resistance standards in compliance with GB/T 19666 and GA 306.
Application Features
- Suitable for voltage levels from 600V to 35kV
- Suitable for dry or damp environments at temperatures up to 90°C
- Can be installed indoors or outdoors, vertically, on trays, along walls, or directly buried underground
- Minimum bending radius: 7 times the cable outer diameter; supports 360° bending
- Widely used in residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and large-venue facilities
