Rare Earth Aluminum Alloy Steel Tape Armoured Cable YJLHV22

Power cable with rare earth aluminum alloy conductor, cross-linked polyethylene insulation, steel tape armoured and polyvinyl chloride sheath.

The steel tape armoured layer protects the cable from damage by external mechanical forces and corrosion of chemical gases. With high magnetic permeability, the steel tape armoured layer provides excellent magnetic shielding and improves the anti-interference performance of the cable.

It is suitable for areas prone to mechanical damage and severe corrosion. Steel tape armoured cables are recommended for such applications. This cable can be directly buried without conduit installation, thus reducing construction costs. However, the cable is not capable of withstanding large tensile forces.

Product Characteristic Analysis

It adopts compacted rare-earth aluminum alloy conductor, featuring high flexibility, easy bending, low rebound, creep resistance, corrosion resistance and stable connection. The insulation is made of cross-linked polyethylene, which is high temperature resistant, moisture resistant, flame retardant, anti-aging and highly durable. The armour layer adopts double steel tapes with high magnetic permeability, providing excellent magnetic shielding effect and enhancing mechanical strength. The outer sheath is made of environmentally friendly material.

Low-smoke zero-halogen, fire-resistant and flame-retardant cables can reach Flame Retardant Class IA and Fire Resistant Class I, complying with GB/T 19666 and GA 306 standards.
