Application Features

The armored layer of the cable features high strength, is lighter and easier to strip than steel tape armor, enabling convenient installation. It can be installed without cable trays, thus reducing costs. Installation is not limited to 360° laying, and no pull boxes are required. The cable bends easily at corners, reducing the need for conduits, and possesses exceptional flexibility not found in ordinary conduits. Meticulously designed at the factory, it effectively prevents conductor damage during installation. Low-smoke zero-halogen, fire-resistant and flame-retardant metal interlocked armored cables can also be manufactured according to user requirements, achieving Flame Retardant Class I A and Fire Resistant Class I, in compliance with standards GA 306.1 and GA 306.2.

Application Requirements

Suitable for voltage ratings of 600 V to 35 kV. Suitable for dry or damp locations at temperatures up to 90 ℃. Can be installed indoors or outdoors, vertically, on brackets or along walls. The minimum bending radius is 7 times the outer diameter, and 360° bending is also available. Applicable to civil, commercial, industrial, large venues, entertainment places, mines, subways, and various levels of hazardous areas.
